In order to facilitate the safe installation of a new security (palisade) gate at the entrance to Prince of Wales Drive, we will be closing the road to all access (including vehicle, foot/ bicycle traffic etc.) on Wednesday 12 August. Please note that whilst there will be no access to Prince of Wales Drive beyond the security gate during this time, the majority of the public car spaces will still be available for use (as indicated in the image below).
These works form a part of NSW Ports' ongoing program to improve amenities and enhance community safety at Prince of Wales drive and Molineux Point. The newly installed security gate will include a dedicated gate for pedestrian access.
