Janice van Reyk

Janice has extensive experience as a non-executive director and chair of audit & risk committees in infrastructure companies in the ports, energy, defence, water and sustainability sectors.

She is currently a non-executive director of AustralianSuper, Lochard Energy, Australian Naval Infrastructure, Repurpose It and the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority.

She has previously served on the board of Port of Melbourne up to its privatisation in 2016 and then the remaining entity Ports Victoria until 2022.
