Nick Hume

Nick has been an Alternate Director of NSW Ports since 2014.

He is a Principal at Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), one of the world’s largest privately managed infrastructure investment funds.

Since joining GIP in 2009, Nick has been actively involved in executing its global investments including Port of Brisbane, Terminal Investment Limited and Pacific National. Nick has also worked for several years in GIP’s New York and London offices.

His background is in law and investment banking, having previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Freehills. Nick has a B.A. (First Class Honours and University Medal) and an L.L.B. (First Class Honours Equiv.) from the University of New South Wales and is admitted as a solicitor in NSW.
